Could not recommend highly enough!
Unbelievable level of service from Ben who managed to get this car on my drive within two days as my other car broke down unexpectedly. The car itself was immaculate both inside and out and Ben went above and beyond numerous times to make sure I was 100% happy with the vehicle. Could not recommend Motor House Plumtree enough!

Purchase of first car
After traipsing around for two days looking for a first car as a surprise for our daughter's birthday, we had just about given up hope when we saw one from Motorhouse Plumtree. We called to ask to view it and the owner was very accommodating. It's not often that you get that sense of honesty and trust from a car dealer but we certainly did with Ben. The whole process of buying the car was easy and communication was great. We decided to buy 12 months warranty and I feel confident that if we had any problems, Ben would deal with them. When we got home we realised the tyre inflator wasn't in the car, but a quick call to Ben and he sent one straight out to us. Can't fault this place. Would definitely buy my next car from here. Daughter was over the moon, thank you.

Outstanding service!
I saw car advertised on auto trader and made enquiries about it with Ben and what can I say I live over 200 miles from where it was and Ben gave me all the information and photos and videos of the car and between us arranged transportation to me and when I got the car it was exactly as Ben had said and promised he was very professional and not pushy at all nothing was to much trouble and if he had a business where I live he would clean up so if you are thinking of buying a car from Ben have no worries he is 100% genuine and honest and you will get what he says so one again I'd like to say a big thank you for the smooth professional dealing I had with Ben and when it's time to change car again I will be back to see him

5* service! Ben was an absolute plessure to deal with from start to finsih. Communication was high from the beginning and was made to feel welcome even from before visiting their showroom. The car I purchased was exactly as described/shown as the advert and I'm thrilled with it. Not a pushy sale at all. Would highly recommend. All their vehicles you can tell have been selected with care. Highly recommended from me!
